Ahnia Leary-Haley is a classically trained pianist and piano instructor at McKinley Studios who has been playing since the age of eight. With years of formal classical training and performance experience, along with a love for jazz and contemporary pop influences, she creates engaging, personalized lessons that build strong technique while making learning fun and inspiring.
Specializing in beginner instruction, Ahnia enjoys teaching students of all ages in a supportive, encouraging environment. She tailors each lesson to each student’s goals and learning style, helping them build confidence, develop a strong musical foundation, and foster a lifelong love of playing the piano.

During Summer Piano Foundations, students will learn:
- Reading basic music notation and rhythm
- Proper hand position and piano technique
- Keyboard orientation and musical vocabulary
- Chords, scales, and foundational music theory
- Classical piano fundamentals with jazz and pop influences
- Ear training and listening skills
- Performance confidence through guided practice
- Practice strategies for continued growth between lessons
